木工房 玄 高塚和則さんによる、小さめの桜材トレイです。
栃木県塩谷町の工房でひとつひとつ手作業で作られています。
表面にはちのすを模した彫が入っており、使うほどに味わいが増していきます。
縁のないデザインなので、木のうつわとして使うのもおすすめです。
厚みは約1.7cmあります、

メンテナンスは表面が乾いてきたら、お手入れ用または食用油（えごま油、亜麻仁油、胡桃油、ひまわり油など乾性油）を柔らかい布などで、全体にうすく塗りこみ自然乾燥させてください。使い始めは油を塗り込んでいただくとシミになりにくくなります。
お使いいただくうちに変化していく色艶をお楽しみください。
　
※洗う場合はスポンジややわらかい布等をお使いください。また、カビなどを防ぐためにしっかり自然乾燥させてから、直射日光が当たらない場所へおしまいください。
※長時間水に漬けないてください。
※電子レンジ・オーブン・食洗機・乾燥機のご使用はお避け下さい。

＜プロフィール＞
木工へのきっかけは、やはり、物を作ることが好きでした。
でも、特別上手かったわけではなく、好きなだけでした。高校までは毎日サッカー浸けでしたが、進路を決めるとき“職人（物作り）の世界で食べていきたい”と思い、この世界にはりました。
今、現在は、妻・４人の子供（男３人・女１人）の父として、毎日工房で仕事をしています。

"Sakura Hand Carved Wooden Tray" by Kazunori Koutsuka, Mokkobo Gen.
He is making wooden kitchen utensils and furniture at a workshop in Shioyamachi, Tochigi prefecture.
Very simple rectangular tray and it has a beautiful carving (beehive pattern) by hand and gives a high-grade appearance.
It has stability, approximately 0.6inch in thickness.
Enjoy the process of secular change.

Hand washes with normal kitchen soap with a soft sponge or dishcloth.
Do not leave to soak, dry properly after washing, and avoid direct sunlight, not suitable for dishwashers or microwaves.
You should give them oiling (cooking oil such as sesame oil, flaxseed oil, walnut oil, sunflower oil, etc.) to help maintain their surface and keep them from drying out.
