九州・日田市に工房を構える大内工芸の竹箸です。
＊写真で比較しやすいように他の色や大きめのちゃんこ箸と並べて写しています。
使いよさを追求し、長年の経験を生かし１膳１膳手作りで職人さんが仕上げています。
ダイヤカット研出箸（とぎだしばし）は、孟宗竹の特徴を生かしたつくりで、小魚の骨などもとりやすくなっています。
ピラミッド状に削り出したはし頭（太い方の先端）、塗装した持ち代（手に持つ部分）の４つの角にのびるラインが特徴です。はし頭から持ち代にかけては一辺約5mmの正方形。箸先にかけて細くなり、先端は直径約1mm。
塗りの部分は、二重塗りの下塗を浮き上がらせる研ぎ出し方式でどんな食卓にも合わせやすい色合いが魅力です。
こちらは渋い赤がメインで黒いラインが入った（赤）。

※使用後はスポンジで洗い、カビなどを防ぐためにしっかり自然乾燥させてから、直射日光が当たらない場所へおしまいください。
※長時間水に漬けないてください。

Dia-cut Chopsticks (Red) 22.5cm by Ouchi Kougei in Hita City.
Hita is known as a place where high-quality bamboo is produced.
Ouchi Kougei has nine skilled bamboo craftsman and they are making many bamboo products mainly chopsticks using 100% domestically-produced.
They shape those small products with their sensitive hands.
Look at the tips of chopsticks. It is only 1mm thickness.
You will be surprised that you could eat a fish so easily with it.
Very Japanese color, Red with thin black line.

Hand wash with normal kitchen soap with soft brush, sponge or dishcloth.
Do not leave to soak, dry properly after wash, avoid direct sunlight, not suitable for dishwashers or microwave.
