机上工芸舎　湯浅記央さんによるステンレスと木の異素材を組み合わせて作られたディナーナイフです。すっきりした形で1本1本丁寧に手で作られています。刃先も細かく加工してあり、使いやすさと美しさの両方を兼ね備えたナイフです。
日本人の手の大きさにも合うようなサイズ感で普段使いにも最適です。持ち手はマホガニーで出来ており、滑らかな優しい手触りと手にしたときの軽さも特徴的。持った時にバランスが良くなるように柄の部分には重りが入っています。

＊別売りで同じステンレスxマホガニーシリーズの、スプーン（L）(S)やフォーク（L）などもあり、セットで揃えるのもおすすめです。
＊手作りのため、仕上がりは１点毎に異なります。

Very light and beautiful shape, especially the cutting edge with delicate finish.
Overall, these stainless steel x mahogany series are smaller size compared to general western cutlery.

Inlaid a metal into wooden handle to keep balance.
