潮来で作陶する平松祐子さんによる人気の一輪挿しです。
瀬戸の磁器土を使い、ろくろをひいて成型し、手で鎬＊を施しています。＊素地の表面に、凹みを付けて模様にする技法のことを鎬（しのぎ）といいます。焼成時に出た淡黄色や胴体の白い結晶が印象的です。窓や棚の上、食卓などにも飾りやすいサイズです。贈り物にも。

White crystal glazed shinogi single-flower porcelain vase by Yuko Hiramatsu.
You'll find beautiful white crystals floating on the surface. Very light pale yellow edge comes from reaction caused by glaze during firing. Shinogide is a traditional technique which makes patterns by scraping the half dry clay. Suitable size for any small spaces.
