九州・日田市に工房を構える大内工芸の竹箸です。
＊写真で比較しやすいように他の色や小さめの研出箸と並べて写しています。
使いよさを追求し、長年の経験を生かし１膳１膳手作りで職人さんが仕上げています。
ダイヤカットちゃんこ箸は、研出箸よりも太さも長さも少し大きめサイズ。
ピラミッド状に削り出したはし頭（太い方の先端）は一辺が約1cmの正方形。
箸先にかけて細くなり、先端は直径約1mm。
黒のシンプルな塗りがどんな食卓にも映えます。
＊現在取り扱いは「黒」のみです。

※使用後はスポンジで洗い、カビなどを防ぐためにしっかり自然乾燥させてから、直射日光が当たらない場所へおしまいください。
※長時間水に漬けないてください。

Dia-cut Chanko Chopsticks 24cm by Ouchi Kougei in Hita City.
Hita is known as a place where high-quality bamboo is produced.
Ouchi Kougei has nine skilled bamboo craftsman and they are making many bamboo products mainly chopsticks using 100% domestically-produced.
They shape those small products with their sensitive hands.
Look at the tips of chopsticks. It is only 1mm thickness.
You will be surprised that you could eat a fish so easily with it.
Very simple design with black upper side.

Hand wash with normal kitchen soap with soft brush, sponge or dishcloth.
Do not leave to soak, dry properly after wash, avoid direct sunlight, not suitable for dishwashers or microwave.
